The battle of Privacy vs Advertising will get intense in 2022

The challenges posed by privacy policies are for real and advertising will suffer as new age digital marketing campaigns and ads make great use of data for optimization. The pending removal of cookies will take a toll. Apple’s introduction of pop-up window to ask its users for their permission to be tracked by different apps is good for users but for app owner it poses a risk. Video Marketing (especially short videos) will grow huge

The video marketing will grow in 2022 and in future as well. It is safe to say that the future of marketing is video marketing. It is definitely not to be a missing item in the brands’ marketing plan.

Online traffic will be more on mobile; optimization on mobile is not a choice anymore!

If you (millennial or zenG) look at the time spent on mobile, it is very significant now and in 2022 it is bound to increase further. The data shows that more 50% of online traffic comes from mobile. The brands or businesses are left with no choice but to optimize their online mobile presence. It is a big opportunity miss if your online presence is not responsive to screens, faster and easy to navigate, with better user experience etc. Mobile optimization will have a significant impact in 2022.
